I bought this baby lotion hoping it would clear up my son’s dry patches, but it barely made a difference. By the next day his skin looked pretty much the same, maybe even a little redder, which was really disappointing.
I kept using it for a full week just to give it a fair shot, but there was still no real improvement. For the price, I expected way more, and after paying for it I kind of felt like I’d been talked into something that didn’t live up to the claims. I won’t be buying it again...

The smell was so strong that I felt trapped with it once I used it. It gave me a headache quickly, and I couldn’t wait to get away from the scent

The quality feels really nice, and it’s held up well after a few washes. It reminded me of something I used to have and love wearing all the time, so that made me like it even more. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I really wanted to feel good about using this, but a few of the ingredient names made me pause since it’s for baby skin. It might be perfectly fine, but I wish they did a better job explaining what everything is and why it’s safe. That would’ve been helpful

I had higher hopes for this, especially considering the price. It looked really nice online, but once it arrived, it felt average and like something I could probably find cheaper somewhere else. Shipping wasn’t exactly quick either. A friend had recommended I check it out, so maybe it works better for other people, but for me the value just wasn’t there and I wouldn’t buy it again.

The delivery came a bit later than I expected. I was starting to wonder if—well, it did still show up, so it ended up being okay

I had a small issue with my order and sent them an email about it. I kind of assumed I’d hear back the same day, but they replied the next day, which wasn’t ideal but still reasonable.
They were friendly and got it sorted without turning it into a whole hassle. I did have to follow up once, so I’m going with 4 stars, but overall I’m happy with how they handled it.

I bought this wash for my kid thinking it would be super mild, but after a few baths his skin still ended up dry and a little red. The smell was fine and shipping was okay, but it just didn’t work for his sensitive skin. Also, the whole process felt like too many steps for something that ultimately didn’t help, which was frustrating.
